If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns or exchanges if:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.
  • The item is unused, uninstalled, and in original condition (with all original packaging and accessories included).
  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.

⚠️ Items that have been used, installed, altered, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Gift cards or Gifts
  • Downloadable software products
  • Customized or special order parts
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or accidents

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  1. Provide the following details:
  • Order number
  • Photos/videos showing the issue
  • Description of the problem
  1. Wait for our team to approve your return request.

(We usually reply within 2–4 business days.)

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent or defective product).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping the receipt.
  • We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • If you received a wrong or defective item, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
  • If the exact replacement item is unavailable, we will offer a replacement with a similar item of equal value, based on availability.
  • Refunds are not provided for exchanges. We only offer replacement products.

Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.
  • Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

Important Notes

Please ensure the parts you order are compatible with your motorcycle model before purchasing.

We highly recommend professional installation for all carbon parts to avoid damage during fitting.
