At NZ Motor Parts, we aim to deliver your order to the address provided by you within the estimated delivery lead times stated below.
All quoted delivery times are based on the best estimates from our designated courier service providers and are subject to change depending on processing and transit conditions.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your:

  • Street name
  • Postcode/ZIP code
  • Contact number

are correct and complete when placing your order.
We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.

Receiving Your Parcel

  • If the packaging seal is opened or damaged, please DO NOT accept the parcel.
  • If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, please contact the courier company promptly to arrange redelivery or self-pickup.
  • We use bubble wrap and secure standard packaging materials for all orders to ensure safe and protected delivery.

In rare cases where a courier is unable to deliver to your location, we will notify you using the contact details provided and offer either a cancellation or redirection to an alternative address.

Important:
We shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, cost, or expense caused by late or failed deliveries.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable once the item has been shipped.
  • Orders are dispatched and delivered by our partnered courier companies from Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Delivery Lead Time

After checkout:

  • You will receive an order confirmation email.
  • Confirmed orders will be processed based on product availability (Ready Stock or Preorder).

For Ready Stock Products:

Orders will be processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).

Once packed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Estimated Delivery Times:
  • West Malaysia: 5 – 8 business days*
  • East Malaysia: 10 – 15 business days*
  • International (outside Malaysia): 7 – 31 business days*

For Preorder Products:

  • Preorder products will be sourced and prepared according to the estimated preorder duration stated in the product description.
  • Once your preorder item is ready (usually within the estimated time), it will be processed for shipping.
  • After packing, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
Estimated Preorder Fulfillment Time:

Typically within 3 to 6 weeks from order confirmation*
(depending on manufacturing, import, and customs clearance)

Same as Ready Stock:

West Malaysia: 5 – 8 business days*

East Malaysia: 10 – 15 business days*

International: 7 – 31 business days*

*All delivery times are subject to the courier provider’s schedule and possible unforeseen delays.

Long Holidays & Festive Periods

During long public holidays and festive seasons, deliveries may take longer than usual due to increased courier volumes and operational delays.

We appreciate your understanding and patience during these periods.
